Have you ever seen the scene of dawn where the darkness seems to fade away gradually and there is a moment when sunshine comes all of a sudden and fills the world with glow?
When dawn comes along in a brand new day, it only comes after a long and silent moment of real darkness, where one never thinks that a glimpse of light could ever come out of it!
So whenever one feels that he /she is far away from light… that one’s heart is so dark deep inside…. That sins over burden one’s shoulders and that no glimpse of hope is ever possible, JUST REMEMBER THE SCENE OF DAWN that one sees every brand new day.
That sight is one of Allah’s every day unnoticed examples that when one pays attention to, he/she will see lots of miracles included in it.
So, whenever one feels that his/her sins surpassed the highest mountains, exceeded the vastest plains, or outweighed the widest oceans, NEVER LOSE HOPE IN ALLAH’S POWER TO MAKE THE SEEDS OF FAITH IN YOUR HEART SPROUT.
When to have the dawn of your own?????? This is left only to Divine Grace.
But, what one can do is to advance the seeds of faith for Allah to let them sprout.
Seeds of faith?????
Feel the guilt of your previous sins.
Feel small compared to Allah’s Power and Mightiness.
Feel in need for His mercifulness and gracefulness.
Believe in the judgement day and imagine the moment you meet Allah with all those faults on your shoulders.
Believe that what you think of Allah is what you Allah, so He is Merciful, but never underestimate His mightiness.
Believe in yourself. You can make a difference. No one remains sinful forever.
After having felt and believed in the seeds of faith growing inside your soul, you will know that Allah created the dawn inside your heart by feeling repentance to Allah.
What to do then????? Remember… it’s the dawn you have always longed to see. Nothing even compares to the feeling of pleasure and satisfaction you will feel inside.
Start acting then…..and remember the best act of worship ever is not just about praying night and day…fasting for your whole life….or staying the rest of your life as a friar only for the sake of Allah. Because all these acts are only for yourself.
The best act of worship; as prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be with him said: “by letting joy and happiness in the heart of a Muslim”.
